hello my fellow farters. here's some art i've been workin on. these are my Peas and Carrots. they're dedicated to all those suburban kids of the 90's who were caught up by the hype of gangster rap and the gangster life in general....all because of media and not because of personal situations. i should know....i was one of them. and as much as i wish that the nonsense involved with gangs could cease to exist....my hopes are just to help people realize that the hype surrounding whatever new fad has surfaced into pop culture is nothing more than someone saying "this is cool. this is how to act....for now." keep it gangsta!

derek albeck interview on fecalface.com

derek got an interview with fecal face a bit ago. i forgot to post it the other day when i first saw it, so check it out cause it might be gone soon. i read through it and he sounds really smart. you know who else was smart, this ritch swedish guy with the last name nobel who invented dynamite. then after inventing it the guy felt really bad for inventing something that killed people. So to make himself feel better, he dedicated the rest of his life to awarding those that benefit man kind. hence, the nobel prizes. the most recognizable of course is the nobel peace prize. albert einstein won one for physics and adolph hitler was nominated for the nobel peace prize in 1938, so i guess its safe to say they have had some hits and misses. derek should win a nobel prize for being a great dude. derek will also be working with f.u.n. to help put together some of the art shows for 2008 so start shmoozing him. derek and rebecca will be having a show on the 14th at project gallery.
